Ordering Prints
- Each image is individually optimised, cropped and colour balanced before printing.
- If you would like an image cropped in a particular way, e.g. a vertical shot cropped into horizontal shape, please let us know.
- If you have any queries about a particular image or the order process, please contact us
- We only offer print sizes up to 12 x 8 through the website, but larger prints are available. Please contact us directly about this, and we'll check if the original image is of sufficient technical quality to make a bigger print, poster or canvas.
Payment Options
- You can pay via credit card, debit card or Paypal online.
- If you would prefer to pay by card over the phone, please call 01337 831737
- If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email us the details of your order and we'll let you know the details.
Delivery
- All photos are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class in board-backed envelopes once they have been printed.
- Delivery is a standard £2.00 per order for the UK. Please contact us for overseas orders.
- Regardless of print size we aim to deliver all photos within 14 days of your order. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact us.
- We now print all photos up to 9” x 6” on our own professional dye-sub printer, so we can usually turn these around more quickly. 12” x 8” and larger sizes are printed by a professional lab, so can take a bit longer.
- If you need delivery more quickly e.g. for a special occasion, please add a note on your order, and we will do our best. If you’d like to check if we can make your deadline before you order, please contact us
Cancellation/Refunds
- You can cancel your order within 7 days of ordering. Just contact us and we will refund you in full.
- If you’re not happy with the quality of photos you receive, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them. Then return the prints to us at:
